Horse racing is organized according to the principle of pooling stakes into a common pool, which is then redistributed to the winners proportionally to their stake, up to 70%. The remaining 30% is distributed as follows: 20% is paid to the State, and 10% is dedicated to financing the equine industry and the operational management of SOREC.
