SOREC places innovation and human development at the heart of its mission, particularly through the Racing Academy. Every year, this institution trains around 20 future jockeys and trainers, enriching their essential technical and theoretical skills.

In 2022, SOREC launched an innovative program for trainers, including an entrepreneurship module in partnership with UM6P. This initiative is part of our commitment to professionalizing the entire equine sector, from traditional trades such as grooms and farriers to the training of Tbourida judges and the craft of carriage-making.

We have also introduced specific training for brokers at our partner sales outlets, reinforcing our desire to promote inclusion and professionalism throughout the equine world.

The Marrakech Academy of Modern and Equestrian Arts, inaugurated in 2014 on the 100th anniversary of horse racing in Morocco, offers comprehensive training in modern and traditional equestrian arts. It trains apprentices who wish to pursue a career in equestrian entertainment at the national and international level, while promoting Barb and Arab Barb horses, symbols of Moroccan heritage.

Through our Academy of Modern and Equestrian Arts, we are committed to developing and promoting modern equestrian disciplines such as classical dressage, equestrian vaulting, and free work. Our goal is to train young Moroccan talents to become internationally recognized equestrian artists, highlighting the exceptional abilities of the Barb and Arab-Barb breeds in these disciplines, as well as to promote and preserve the tradition and expertise of equestrian circus arts in Morocco.
