Prioritizing its customers, SOREC has adopted an innovative and ethical approach to responsible gaming. This initiative underscores the institution’s deep commitment to enriching its customers’ experience while ensuring their well-being and safety. As a regulator, SOREC has made a deliberate decision to limit the frequency and scope of its gaming offerings, allowing games only within a restricted time frame. In doing so, it confirms its role as a vigilant regulator, ensuring that gaming remains a healthy and responsible form of entertainment. To strengthen its responsible gaming measures, SOREC has launched a comprehensive action plan. An awareness campaign has been implemented, and a new charter has been established across its network, reiterating all gaming standards and guiding principles.
