SICAB 2024: Strengthening Spanish-Moroccan cooperation in the field of equestrian arts

It was in the spirit of sharing and equestrian expertise that the Moroccan delegation took part in the 34th edition of SICAB, held from November 19th to 24th, 2024, in Sevilla. Led by SOREC and accompanied by the presidents of the Moroccan Association of Barb and Arabian Barb Horses (AMCBAB) and the National Association of Equestrian Arts Tbourida (ANAET), this participation reflects Morocco’s commitment to promoting its equestrian heritage on the international stage. Attended by H.E. Enrique Ojeda Vila, Spanish Ambassador to Morocco, the Andalusian Government’s Tourism Advisor, and the President of the ANCCE, this event is a continuation of the agreement signed with the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art at the last El Jadida Horse Fair. It represents a key step in strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the field of equestrian arts, highlighting the excellence of the Barb horse and the Tbourida, living symbols of Morocco’s heritage. This participation demonstrates Morocco’s richness and influence in the equestrian world, paving the way for new opportunities for exchange and collaboration between enthusiasts and professionals in the sector.
