SOREC is pleased to announce the election of Dr. Hicham Debbagh, Deputy Director General in charge of the Industry Division, to the position of Vice President of the International Federation of Arabian Horse Racing (IFAHR). As Vice President of the IFAHR, Dr. Debbagh will represent Morocco in international forums, working to strengthen cooperation between member countries to promote the organization of major competitions and consolidate the position of the Arabian Thoroughbred on the world stage.
